E2E4PC Membership Terms and Conditions

 

E2E4PC member acknowledges that he/she has received and read a copy of these Terms and Conditions for E2E4PC Membership and agrees that the membership card(s) issued by E2E4PC Inc. ("E2E4PC") will be used only as provided in such Terms and Conditions for legitimate business purposes. E2E4PC reserves the right, at any time and without notice, to amend the Terms and Conditions of Membership.

 

Member will provide all information requested by E2E4PC truthfully. E2E4PC may verify the information and conduct credit check. Any false, invalid information or bad credit may result suspension or termination of the Member’s services. Member will receive a password and a membership number. It is Member's sole responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of this password and membership number, and informing E2E4PC immediately of any violation of the security or integrity of this password. Member further agrees that he/she will update E2E4PC his/her contact and billing information to keep his/her E2E4PC account valid.

 

MEMBER ACKNOWLEDGES AND ACCEPTS FULL RESPONSIBILITY AND GUARANTEES PAYMENT BY A MAJOR CREDIT CARD FOR ALL ITEMS AND SERVICES PURCHASED THROUGH E2E4PC MEMBERSHIP IF SUCH USE IS AUTHORIZED BY THE MEMBER THROUGH PHONE, FAX OR EMAIL.

 

Member agrees that E2E4PC and its franchisees may pursue all avenues of collection, including use of collection agencies, and authorizes E2E4PC and its franchisees to prepare and submit credit card charge using any of the charge cards listed in the member’s file to recover all charges and all other unpaid amounts due to unpaid charges and reasonable legal fees.

 

Member must notify E2E4PC immediately by telephone and in writing if their membership card(s) is lost, stolen or unauthorized. Member is responsible for all use of the card prior to receipt by E2E4PC of telephone and written notice of the loss, theft or unauthorized usage. Failure to notify E2E4PC of the loss, theft or unauthorized usage of your membership card(s) may result in the posting of significant charges against your account.

 

E2E4PC may limit the maximum number of days that email messages will be retained, the maximum number of email messages that may be sent from or received by any account number, and the maximum amount of date storage space allotted to each customer.  E2E4PC is not responsible or liable for the deletion or failure to store any messages. E2E4PC shall make every effort to inform Members of any changes in our practices, terms or procedures. However, from time to time it may be necessary to change such practices, terms, or procedures without due notice.

 
E2E4PC, its affiliates and franchisees (if permitted by E2E4PC) may share and use personally identifiable information collected from you during registration and membership sign up, or generated by use of the membership to develop and improve the products, benefits and services they or selected business partners offer to Members. E2E4PC, its affiliates and franchisees (if permitted by E2E4PC) also may share and use certain Member data in the ordinary course of their business, for example, for account maintenance and debt collection. Except as provided for in the Promotional Elections options, or as described in the E2E4PC.com web site Privacy Policy (a) E2E4PC, its affiliates and franchisees (if permitted by E2E4PC) may direct offers, information and other communications to you by email or otherwise and (b) authorized business partners of E2E4PC, its affiliates and franchisees (if permitted by E2E4PC) may direct offers of goods and services to you by means other than email.

E2E4PC member further agrees:

 

1.        Membership is not transferable. You must be 18 years or older for the Membership.

2.        All E2E4PC services require at least two business days in advance to reserved and confirmed. Otherwise may result service unavailable

3.        All cancellations have to be at least two business days before your scheduled services, failure to do that may result charges to your account.

4.       All reservation prices will only be guaranteed for 60 days, beyond that may result different prices.

5.        Member’s children must remain in adult supervision at all times while you are in the facilities of E2E4PC, its partners, affiliates and franchisees.

6.       Additional fee may be charged if access to reserved services is required before or after normal business hours i.e. before 8:00am or after 5:00pm.

7.        Member will be fully responsible for their damages to any office facilities.
