Introduction to Townsend

Whether you are a multi-national corporation opening a new branch office or a small professional services firm getting started, we provide maximum cost savings and efficiencies while requiring a minimum amount of your time and focus. From office furniture to your IT infrastructure, we provide the complete package of office services that save you significant time and money taking the hassle out of getting started.

All monthly room rentals include (Call for monthly rate):
  • 24-hour, 7 day a week facility access
  • One lobby directory listing per company
  • 8 hours free conference room usage per month for all inside clients.
  • Utilities and maintenance services
  • Daily mail services (access to Fed Ex, UPS, Airborne and local courier)
  • Receptionist
  • Break room (includes coffee, tea, filtered water, refrigerator and microwave)

High speed Internet access is available at most of our locations.
All hourly, daily and weekly room rentals include

  • Local phone calls
  • Furniture of a desk, bookcase, executive chair, lateral file and two side chairs.
  • Utilities and maintenance services
  • Daily mail services (access to Fed Ex, UPS, Airborne and local courier)
  • Receptionist
  • Break room (includes coffee, tea, filtered water, refrigerator and microwave)
